Inspired by the LOcHER approach, students at the Parklands High School in Chorley developed ideas for communicating the dangers associated with incorrect manual handling.

So, first, they created relevant storylines, thought about the scenes to fit the storylines and the key messages. Then produced an award winning, eye catching, thought provoking short video to raise awareness among learners at colleges and those at work.

The video should also support the work of many organisations such as RoSPA, SGUK, IIRSM and IOSH.
Their involvement clearly reflects their school motto.
